ADDITIONAL TERMS OF USE

By utilizing the services of Two Dragons, Inc, you (the Client)  agree to the Terms of Use as detailed in  the Twodragons.com website, including as well the following Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability. The services of Two Dragons, Inc. include personal consultation; the use and sale of CDs, DVDs and written materials; hypnosis and life goals consultation; and participation in or reception of broadcast sessions or live lectures.

DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

TWO DRAGONS, INC. and Cynthia Chauvin Miles and Jon Miles hereafter referred to as Two Dragons, OFFER TO ITS CLIENTS LIFE ACTION COACHING, ENTERTAINMENT, COMPANIONSHIP, CAMARADERIE, FRIENDSHIP, Hypnotic experiences, life goals consultation, AND SOCIAL INTERCOURSE IN A SPECIFIC TIME BLOCK, IN EXCHANGE FOR PAYMENT. NOTHING FURTHER IS STATED, SUGGESTED, OR IMPLIED. Jon Miles and Cynthia Miles are both Professional NLP Practitioner/Consulting Hypnotists, AND LIFE ACTION COACHES.  As such, the Client understands that the Professional NLP Practitioner/Consulting Hypnotist is not providing psychotherapy or mental health counseling and that the self-help techniques he/she will learn are not a substitute for psychotherapy or mental health counseling.

TWO DRAGONS, INC. STRESSES SELF RELIANCE AND INDIVIDUAL SELF DETERMINATION. THE CLIENT IS NEVER JUSTIFIED TO TAKE OR WITHHOLD ANY ACTION AS A RESULT OF CONVERSATIONS WITH TWO DRAGONS PERSONNEL, OR PURCHASE OF TWO DRAGONS, INC. MATERIALS.

TWO DRAGONS, INC. IS NOT A LICENSED PSYCHOLOGICAL OR COUNSELING SERVICE, AND DOES NOT OFFER SUCH SERVICES. CLIENT PAYMENTS MADE TO TWO DRAGONS, INC. ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR LIFE ACTION COACHING, THE PURCHASE OF A BLOCK OF TIME SPENT IN CONVERSATION, OR FOR EDUCATIONAL OR INSPIRATIONAL MEDIA MATERIALS,  AND NOTHING FURTHER IS REPRESENTED AS BEING SOLD. FURTHER, NO ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN, OR NOT TAKEN, BASED UPON ITS SERVICES. IT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENT ACTION, INACTION, OR RESULT OF A CLIENT’S RELIANCE UPON SAME. The client understands that accepting the services and/ or products of Two Dragons, Inc. does not guarantee nor imply any specific outcome or success.

Client is advised and understands that if there are any present or future medical, mental health or psychological causes underlying his or her behaviors, habits or patterns which require the services of a duly licensed medical or mental health professional, the Client takes sole responsibility for consultation with such medical or mental health practitioner with regard to treatment. The Client acknowledges his/her understanding that the NLP Practitioner/Consulting Hypnotist AND Life Action Coach is not a medical or mental health professional. The Client represents that s/he is not aware of any mental, physical or health condition that would be adversely affected by the services being rendered by the Professional NLP Practitioner/Consulting Hypnotist.

CLIENTS SOMETIMES REVEAL CONFIDENTIAL AND PERSONAL INFORMATION TO TWO DRAGONS.  TWO DRAGONS WARRANTS THAT IT TAKES REASONABLY PRUDENT PRECAUTIONS TO SAFEGUARD SUCH CONVERSATIONS AND INFORMATION.  HOWEVER, NO REPRESENTATION IS MADE AS TO WHETHER A CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY PRIVILEGE MIGHT EXIST UNDER LAW, AND TWO DRAGONS WILL COMPLY WITH COURT ORDERS SHOULD DISCLOSURE BE MANDATED.

TWO DRAGONS WILL NEVER TAKE ACTIONS ON BEHALF OF A CLIENT, AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION BY A CLIENT SHOULD NEVER BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT TWO DRAGONS, INC. WILL TAKE ANY ACTION ON BEHALF OF A CLIENT. IT DOES NOT EVER UNDERTAKE SUCH ACTIONS, AND NOTHING ORALLY DISCUSSED SHOULD EVER BE CONSTRUED BY AS CLIENT AS AN OFFER OR COMMITMENT TO UNDER TAKE ANY ACTIONS.

The Client acknowledges that he/she has had the full opportunity to discuss with a TWO DRAGONS PROFESSIONAL  (THE LIFE ACTION COACH, NLP Practitioner, OR Consulting Hypnotist) the nature of the services to be provided and/or the CONSULTATION to be rendered. The client hereby acknowledges and consents to the RECEIPT OF LIFE ACTION learning, CAMARADERIE, AND INTELLECTUAL INTERCOURSE, BUT PERSONALLY DECIDES UPON ACTIONS/ INACTIONS WITHOUT RELIANCE UPON ANY TWO DRAGONS PRODUCT OR SERVICE.  S/HE TAKES OR WITHHOLDS ANY SUCH ACTION AS HER/ HIS SOLE AND INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT MAY DEEM PRUDENT.

TWO DRAGONS, INC. IS A DELAWARE CORPORATION, PROPERLY REGISTERED TO DO BUSINESS IN VIRGINIA.  CLIENTS OF TWO DRAGONS, INC. HEREBY AGREE THAT VENUE OF ANY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST TWO DRAGONS, INC., OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, SHALL BE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY MAINTAINED IN Loudoun County, VIRGINIA, AND  IN NO OTHER LOCALity WHATSOEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

NOTHING HEREIN MAY BE WAIVED OR AMENDED EXCEPT IN A WRITTEN DOCUMENT SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES HERETO; TO WIT, THE CLIENT AND A REPRESENTATIVE OF TWO DRAGONS, INC..   BY ENGAGING THE SERVICES OF TWO DRAGONS, A CLIENT SPECIFICALLY AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
